[WISPA] Small footprint $399 laptop

Ron, Asus EPCees are running from 250 -400 but I have only seen open source
versions. Not sure how quick/stable they'd be if you needed Win tho.

about 6-8 weeks ago someone mentioned a 399 dollar notebook PC. Does anyone
